Refund & Service Policy

At Expression Body Art & Tattoos, many of our services and products are customized specifically for each client. Because of this, refund eligibility varies depending on the type of purchase.

Permanent Jewelry

All permanent jewelry sales are final and non-refundable. Permanent jewelry chains are measured and cut specifically to fit each client and cannot be returned or resold once they have been cut.

We understand that permanent jewelry is designed to be worn every day and that unexpected breaks can happen.

If your permanent jewelry chain breaks within 30 days of your appointment, Expression Body Art will repair or reweld the chain at no charge, provided the chain is available and in repairable condition.

After 30 days, repairs or rewelding may be available for a $20 service fee. Replacement chain, charms, connectors, or other materials are not included in the service fee and may result in an additional charge if replacement is necessary.

Complimentary repairs do not cover lost jewelry, lost charms or components, intentional removal, excessive damage, or circumstances requiring replacement of the original jewelry.

Tattoos

All tattoo services and related payments are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

Deposits or booking fees associated with tattoo appointments may also be subject to the cancellation and appointment policies provided at the time of booking.

Jewelry & Retail Merchandise

Eligible unworn jewelry and other retail merchandise may be considered for return within 30 days of purchase.

Returns are accepted at the discretion of Expression Body Art & Tattoos and items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or improper care are not eligible for a refund.

Special Orders & Deposits

Deposits placed toward special-order permanent jewelry chains, charms, or other custom-order items are non-refundable once the order has been placed with our supplier.

The deposit is applied toward the final cost of your permanent jewelry. Any remaining balance is based on the actual length of chain or materials used and is due at the time of service.

Expression Body Art & Tattoos reserves the right to determine refund, replacement, and repair eligibility based on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the request.
